Doodle Trail 5k and 15k Challenge

This is the final race of the Pickens County 5k Series. Results from either race will be used for the series awards. There is no weighted benefit for running the longer distance but point totals will be based on your standing within the group. You can transfer from the 5k to the 15k up until July 9th. This will be the 8th year of this mid-summer running event. We offer 2 distances ending at the same finish line. The race site is the new Pickens Doodle Park in down town Pickens, SC. The 5k is a certified course forming a loop on a rolling course. The race starts at 8:00am to avoid the July heat. Overall, Masters and Age Group Awards will given. The 15k runners arrive early. The 15k starts at 7:15am in Easley. 15k runners are expected to complete the 9 mile run/challenge up the Doodle Trail in 1:45 or less in order to receive a finisher medal.
